These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Rocket Sender browser extension (the "Extension") and rocketsender.co (the "Website"). By installing, accessing, or using Rocket Sender, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Rocket Sender.

You may use Rocket Sender only if you can enter into a binding agreement and are permitted to use the Extension, Website, WhatsApp, and WhatsApp Web. If you use Rocket Sender for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Extension and access the Website for their intended purpose, either as an individual or on behalf of an organization. Rocket Sender is currently provided free of charge.

This license does not transfer ownership of Rocket Sender or any related intellectual property to you.

You are responsible for every recipient, message, attachment, interval, and sending action you configure. You must use accurate recipient information, protect access to your device and WhatsApp account, and review each campaign before sending.

Contact only recipients for whom you have a valid reason and all consent required for the communication. Honor opt-out, unsubscribe, blocking, and do-not-contact requests promptly. Your use must comply with rules that apply to messaging, privacy, advertising, consumer protection, intellectual property, and electronic communications, as well as applicable platform terms.

You must not use Rocket Sender to:

• Send spam, unsolicited promotions, scams, deceptive messages, harassment, threats, or abusive content.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or conceal the source or purpose of a message.
• Evade recipient opt-outs, platform safeguards, rate limits, account restrictions, or enforcement measures.
• Disrupt, overload, damage, probe, or gain unauthorized access to Rocket Sender, WhatsApp, WhatsApp Web, or another system.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source code from, or create unauthorized derivative works of Rocket Sender except where such a restriction cannot apply.
• Send malware or content that infringes privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
• Use Rocket Sender for any unlawful purpose or help another person do so.

You retain any rights you have in recipient lists, message text, personalization data, and attachments that you provide. You give Rocket Sender only the limited instruction needed for the Extension to process that content locally and transmit it through your WhatsApp Web session as you direct.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use and send your content. You are solely responsible for your content, recipients, timing, frequency, account activity, and the consequences of messages sent through your account.

Rocket Sender is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp, Meta, Chrome, Google, and other third-party names and services belong to their respective owners.

Your use of WhatsApp, WhatsApp Web, Chrome, and any other third-party service remains subject to that service's terms, policies, technical limits, and enforcement decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and following them. Rocket Sender does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, conduct, or decisions.

Rocket Sender does not guarantee message delivery, recipient engagement, uninterrupted operation, continued compatibility with WhatsApp Web, account safety, or avoidance of warnings, rate limits, suspensions, bans, or other account restrictions.

Sending intervals, personalization, and other Extension features do not make an otherwise improper campaign acceptable and cannot prevent third-party enforcement. Platform decisions depend on factors outside Rocket Sender's control, including your content, recipients, frequency, consent, reports, account history, and changes to third-party systems.

Rocket Sender, including its Extension and Website software, design, text, graphics, branding, and original materials, is protected by intellectual-property rights. Except for the limited license in these Terms, no right, title, or interest in Rocket Sender is granted to you.

Feedback you choose to provide may be used to maintain and improve Rocket Sender without restriction or payment, provided it does not include confidential information you do not have permission to share.

Rocket Sender may change, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature when needed for compatibility, security, maintenance, policy compliance, or product operation. Features may become unavailable because of browser, WhatsApp Web, network, or other third-party changes.

We do not promise that Rocket Sender will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every browser, device, account, language, or third-party interface.

You may stop using Rocket Sender at any time and can uninstall the Extension through Chrome. Your license ends automatically if you materially violate these Terms.

Access may be limited or terminated where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, platform requirements, service discontinuation, or a violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain effective, including responsibility for prior conduct, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable requirements, Rocket Sender is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and compatibility.

You use Rocket Sender at your own risk and remain responsible for reviewing messages and maintaining appropriate account, device, data, and recipient safeguards.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable requirements, the people who provide and support Rocket Sender will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, account access, or messages, arising from or related to Rocket Sender or third-party services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, liability will be limited to direct damages that are proven and reasonably foreseeable, to the fullest extent the limitation is permitted. Some limitations may not apply where they are not permitted.

To the extent permitted by applicable requirements, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the people who provide and support Rocket Sender from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable professional fees arising from your recipients, content, sending activity, misuse of Rocket Sender, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

We may update these Terms when Rocket Sender, applicable requirements, or third-party services change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future use.
