Use the website task workspace

Prepare and save

Open the homepage task workspace in the same browser profile where the Rocket Sender extension is installed. Enter numbers with country codes, or import an Excel file and select its WhatsApp number column. Excel fields can be inserted into the message as {{Name}}. Add any attachments on the website, set the interval, and save a draft if you are not ready to send.

Selected files are copied into the extension local storage through the website bridge. They are not uploaded to a Rocket Sender task server. A task can contain up to five files, 20 MB per file and 50 MB in total.

Send in WhatsApp Web

Choose Continue in WhatsApp when the task is ready. The extension saves the recipients and files, then focuses an existing WhatsApp Web tab or opens one. Log in if prompted; sending starts after the task and all attachments pass local checks. Keep WhatsApp Web open while the queue runs.

You can pause, continue, or stop from the extension or the website. After a WhatsApp Web refresh, an unfinished task returns paused and sends no next recipient until you continue. A recipient whose delivery became uncertain during the refresh is not resent automatically.

Review and retry

Use View live progress on website in the extension, or return to the homepage task workspace. The Sending view shows local progress. When sending ends, History and Results show each recipient outcome and available failure reason.

You can filter failures, export results, delete a finished task, or retry all or selected failed recipients. Successful recipients are excluded from a retry. If an attachment is missing, the retry opens an editable website draft.

If the workspace cannot connect

The workspace can save and send only when Rocket Sender is installed and enabled in the same browser profile. Install or enable it, then choose Try again.

If the extension is not responding, reload Rocket Sender on the extensions page and refresh the website. If an update is required, update the installed extension before saving or sending.

Where your task stays

Drafts, imported rows, selected files, and task results are stored by the extension in this browser profile. They do not sync to another device or profile and are not restored after extension removal. Export important results before deleting a task, clearing extension storage, or uninstalling.
